KICKBOXING
Kickboxing is a full body workout that blends elements of Taekwondo, Krav Maga, MMA, Boxing, and Aerobics. The basic techniques are easy to learn and can be learned as the workout happens. Most of the class involves bag of pad striking. Advanced techniques will be used intermittingly or suggested to provide a challenge. All ages are welcome as well as any level of fitness level. No previous experience is needed. Classes can be started at anytime, you are never behind.

Class schedule is Monday and Thursday 7-8pm and 1st/3rd Saturdays from 8-9am (weekend dates may vary).
Kickboxing is $70 for a 8-class punchcard. Gloves are required and available for $30. First class is free to try, no obligations.
